WLAN, Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Aufenthaltsräume mit toller Kaffee-und Teebar laden zum verweilen ein. Gelegentliche Events stärken die Community. Ein Stellplatz kann zudem angemietet werden. Die öffentlichen Stellplätze sind kostenfrei. Der Mietpreis ist pauschal. Eine Anmeldung bei der Stadt Sankt Augustin ist möglich. Ideale Verkehrsanbindung nach Köln,Siegburg und Bonn. Direkt auf der Marktplatte Sankt Augustin gelegen. Einkaufs und Shoppingmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
